PROCESS DESCRIPTION (Buyer-Focused) 

This lot is processed through an organic, fully artisan washed method, carried out manually at every stage:

Selective handpicking of only ripe cherries
Water flotation to remove defects
Hand-operated depulping
Controlled fermentation in traditional tanks
Washing with fresh mountain water
Natural sun-drying on raised beds / parabolic dryers
Manual parchment sorting for maximum uniformity 
Result: A cleaner, sweeter cup with enhanced fruit clarity and higher consistency.
